This blog is to record my success on the 2 shakes and chicken salad diet. I hope to at least lose five pounds a week but I guess we will have to see.

50 pounds in 2 months
I am hoping that I will be able to lose around 50 pounds in 2 months I will do the 2 shakes and a chicken salad for around 3 weeks. I hope to lose around 19 pounds with this diet. So, my starting weight is around 164.4 pounds that would bring me down to around 145.4 pounds. If I follow that plan exactly and do exercise I should be able to lose the 19 pounds I need to. If I lose at least 19 pounds on this diet I will probably switch to alternate fasting, but we will see once 3 weeks is up :)
Day 1
So I am starting this diet today the first smoothie included protein powder, almond milk, strawberries, a banana, and some peanut butter. The only exercise I have done today was go for a 36 minute walk around my neighborhood. I plan on eating my chicken and salad for lunch instead of dinner and drinking my second shake for dinner. I am doing this so that I can get use to drinking my smoothie at night, since I work in the evenings and am not really able to cook for dinner and not into packing a lunch I am switching it up a little.
Beginning Weight: 164.4 lbs.

2 Shakes and Chicken Salad Run Down
Lets go head and give you guys some details about this diet. So, the point of this diet is to loss weight while maintaining muscle. It was developed by Rusty Moore and he said that he uses this technique on his clients to help them lose weight rapidly. So the diet is below.
Here's a popular rapid fat loss diet plan that I have used to coach people to get really lean. It is a simple way to get lean in a 2-3 week period without dropping muscle mass. The key is that you need to train at least 3-4 times per week to ensure no muscle loss.
Here is a simple outline of the diet.
[+] Drink a 30-40 gram meal replacement shake for breakfast.
[+] Drink a 30-40 gram meal replacement shake for lunch.
[+] Eat a salad for dinner with 1-2 chicken breasts and vinegar based dressing (I like rice vinegar).
[+] If you are especially hungry, eat an apple after dinner.
[+] If you are still hungry, eat a cup of cottage cheese before bed.
So, this seems simple right it just requires a little discipline and effort and the results should follow.
Introduction
Alright I decided that I am going try a diet. I would like to lose weight as quickly as possible so I have been researching different techniques to lose weight. The one that has seemed most affective and the cheapest has been the 2 Shakes and Chicken Salad diet. This diet was created by Rusty Moore and it is as simple as it sounds! Basically one must drink 2 protein shakes a day and for dinner eat chicken breast and salad (now tell me that doesn't seem simple). The point of this diet is to cause a person to lose weight while retaining as much muscle as possible. So, you may ask why do you feel like this is worth opening a blogspot account for well I'll tell you. I looked all over the web trying to be before and after photos or just some information of how quickly people started to see results but I found nothing. So, I figured why not create a blog just for this purpose and next time a person wants to research this diet I can help (I guess I'm just helpful like that).
